All orders are placed directly through the Lyvora storefront. We do not sell through third-party marketplaces.

By checking out, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or educator with the legal right to purchase and handle research compounds.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if eligibility cannot be verified.

All products sold by Lyvora are strictly for laboratory research, analytical reference, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food, cosmetics, or administration to any person or animal.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for lawful storage, handling, and use. Lyvora is not responsible for misuse or unlawful application of any product.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will review the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing status.

If you have a concern about an order, contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Most issues can be handled faster through our support team than through a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in account suspension and may delay resolution.
